  • What are your favorite and least favorite things about lifting?
    • My favorite things about lifting are the satisfaction of the feeling you get when you hit a PR and see your hard work pay off, and my least favorite thing is when a weight that usually feels light feels heavy on a day.”
  • Do you have a favorite memory from lifting?
    • “My favorite memory from lifting was breaking the school record on clean last year with the help of some of my good buddies.”
