Thespian Festival

A Thespian festival starts this week. It is a week-long all day festival to bring together theater club students. It starts Thursday Jan. 5 and goes through Saturday the 7. The festival is being held in Hyatt Regency Wichita and Century II Performing Arts and Convention Center.

Students, Thespian troupe directors, colleges, workshop re-presenters and vendors will be attending the festival. Students will be doing main-stage shows, play-works and film-works which is just some of the stuff they do at the festival. They also will hold senior auditions and they will have the opportunity to win a thespian scholarship up to 10,000.
