This Wednesday, April 17, 2024, is the last home track meet of the year. It is a mix of both varsity and junior varsity athletes. Although for the athletes who made it into the Kansas Jayhawks meet this Friday and Saturday will not be competing in this meet.
We asked a few of the athletes how they are feeling about this meet and what they are excited for.
Izzy Davis, a thrower, said, “I’m excited to be with people that i’m not normally with at track meets. I’m also excited to have another home meet this season. I’m feeling pretty excited and a little nervous about throwing.”

Come support these athletes this Wednesday and cheer on the runners, jumpers, and throwers. Also wish the KU relay qualifiers for a big meet on Friday and Saturday.
