Spring sports are right around the corner and on January 18 conditioning kicked off with offseason workouts. The reason for the workouts is to get in shape and stay in shape and also prevent any injuries during the season.
Workouts started with two laps in the school just to get the body warm and ready. After that they stretched and started the workouts that helped with leg and arm strength. There are different types of workouts each day and each day the coaches want the athletes to get better.
Spring season starts at the end of February but competitions do not start until the middle of March.
