On Saturday, Aug. 23, KU football beat Fresno State at their first home game of the season.
The final score was 31-7, with KU scoring four touchdowns and a field goal, which is starting the KU football season strong. The next game will be a home game on Friday, Aug. 29 against Wagner, which is said to be an easy win for the Jayhawks.
In 2024, Wagner had an overall record of 4-8. On the other hand, KU had a 5-7 record, but they are starting off this season on a positive note with their win over Fresno State. This upcoming game will be Wagner’s first game of the season. After last week’s game against Fresno State, the Jayhawks are predicted to win by a landslide. The game will start at 6:30 p.m. today.
