It is finals week at Washburn Rural High School. This is a very stressful week for students and can be difficult for them. Finals start Friday, December 14, 2023 and end on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. After finals are done, the fall semester is officialy over and kids are released to winter break.
There are many finals that are earlier than Friday, for example, College Algebra. Most college class finals will be scheduled differently, as they are dual credit. Not only do kids get numerous periods to study for their finals, they also can get finals car packages. These are goodie bags filled with things to help students cope with the stress of final. Just walking around the school, there are people rapidly studying for finals.
