On Thursday, September 14, the varsity Boys Soccer team faced Hayden Catholic High School. The Junior Blues finished the game 3-0 keeping their undefeated record of 6-0. Seniors Ethan Uhlrig and Brayden Lehnherr continued a four game streak of shutouts against their opponents.
Before the matchup against Hayden, senior Cohen Nimz said, “The season started off good going undefeated, which is always a good sign. Playing Hayden is a great competition and we’re gonna get the dub.”
Senior Griffin Heinen added, “The season is going fine so far. We’re 5-0, looking good. I think it’ll be a good game and we’ll get to play a lot of kids, a lot of JV guys. Should be good. Hopefully 10-0.”
