Jones Project presenting at WRHS

On Thursday and Friday, May 11-12, former WRHS teacher Damon Parker we will speaking to the student body on suicide prevention. Parker is currently heading the Jones Project, which is a local foundation working with Kansas teens on the issue of teen suicide and mental health.

Presentations will be done by class with seniors meeting at 8:30 a.m. followed by juniors who will meet at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. On Friday sophomores will meet at 8:30 a.m. followed by freshmen at 10:30 a.m. All meetings will take place in the WRHS auditorium.
