This year’s Post Prom, COSMIC Chaos!, has a neon glow space theme. It will be held on April 1, after prom, at Washburn Rural High School from 11:30 pm – 2:30 Aam, but you must arrive by 12:30 am to get in. Admission is only $10 per person. Juniors and seniors may buy admission for themselves and a guest at the WR Bank thru March 31. Food, drinks, raffle tickets, laser tag, karaoke, games, tournaments, the escape room, and snacks are all included so you won’t need any money that night. 

Everything inside is FREE. In fact, you can even WIN money at Post Prom! Two Rock, Paper, Scissors Champions will each take home $100 and the runners-up will each leave with $50. WaRu students should check out the money booth – keep all the cash you can snatch from mid-air before time runs out.

More than 30 raffle prizes for juniors and seniors will be given away plus a few others for seniors only. Prizes include Beats Headphones, Apple Airpods, Fossil SmartWatch, Apple Watch, TVs, Nintendo Switch Lite, a fridge and chairs for dorm life, and the list goes on and on. The drawings begin by 2 am and you must be present to win.

Wear comfortable casual clothes for active play – no formal wear. There will be black lights; consider what may glow. It will be a night of fun for all juniors and seniors, even if you are not going to prom this year.
